5 Star Leadership

5 Star Leadership is our leadership training program for all kids in All Stars (Grades 2 – 4 @ School).

It allows kids to be involved in serving and volunteering in different areas across Hillsong Kids. This program was developed to give them practical leadership lessons relating to their area of involvement and to allow them to see what it takes to make a service happen within church life. Not only will they learn what it is to have a Heart for God’s House and what it means to be a servant leader but they will also have a LOAD of fun along the way.

Areas of involvement:

  • EARLY CHILDHOOD LEADER (Cubbyhouse and The Ark) – This involves assisting our EC leaders in the Early Childhood programs during a weekend service.
  • TV & MEDIA (Lighting, Sound and Powerpoint) – This involves helping our production team in All Stars with putting words on the screens, flashing lights, sound for presentations etc
  • ALL STARS ASSISTANT LEADER – Involves helping with Tribal challenges, KDG’s, Set up & much more during a weekend service in All Stars
  • KIDS CREATIVE 1 – Performance, If you consider yourself as a performer whether it be dancing, singing, acting etc then this gives you the opportunity to be involved in our upfront item that HSK have from time to time
  • KIDS CREATIVE 2 – Platform, If you would to “have a go” doing things which are done on platform for eg Preaching, tithes message, praying for prayer requests etc.
